Fall in their webs of lies

Keep the illusion that everything is okay

We fool ourselves into thinking

That we’re still the same

And maybe nothing has changed

But as we continue on, we continue to fall apart

Pulling farther and farther away

From our shattered realities

So keep pretending

That we haven’t changed
