Chapter One

Jasmine entered her fourth period exhausted. So far today had not been great and she was looking forward to seeing her best friend, Lorraina. Right now Lorraina always seemed to be smiling and it cheered up Jasmine. It seemed that Lorraina's new guy Josh wasn't that bad. The only thing was that Lorraina loved Josh already, and they had only been seeing each other for four days now. It worried Jasmine a bit but she didn't say anything, she was happy just to see Lorraina smiling again. She doubted anything would really happen right now. Josh hadn't really been against the idea although he hadn't said it back either. "Who knows," said Jasmine, thinking aloud. Maybe it was all in her head.
She went and sat down in her seat just as the bell rang. She glanced around, Josh was in the classroom but she didn't see Lorraina in her seat. She knew that she wasn't gone because she had passed her on the way to 1st period. A minute went by when the door finally opened and Lorraina stepped in. She had her long, jet-black hair in two braids and then a messy bun hanging over the two. Jasmine smiled at Lorraina and she smiled back. She appeared happy but her eyes told another story. They were red from crying and she was sniffing, trying to act as if she had a cold. Lorraina was trying to hide the fact that she had been crying but wasn't succeeding. She sat down in her desk, rummaging around for her social studies book.
Jasmine looked to Lorraina and then to Josh. He seemed to be totally enjoying himself and flirting with other girls. That defiantly meant that something was wrong. Jasmine ripped out a piece of notebook paper and quickly wrote on it.

Jasmine: Lorraina what's a matter, did something happen with Josh?? She quickly passed the note to Lorraina who took it and began to read it quickly.

Lorraina: Ya, he told me today that he didn't actually love me and he just liked me. And that he has a girlfriend at Highland that he really loves. I think I'm kinda heartbroken =(

Jasmine: Oh my gosh Lorraina. That is so sad. I'm sry. R u sure that he was serious or that he was just kind of freaked out about u telling him that u loved him??

Lorraina: No, I know that he is telling the truth because his best friend even told me about her and I don't think that they both would lye about it. I don't know why but I kinda feel anger towards him.

Jasmine: Well ya, U deserve to be angry with him. It isn't like this girl just popped up out of know where. He knew about her and yet he didn't tell u. I mean how hard is it to tell u before it went as far as it did. And also if he really loved this girl he wouldn't have been fooling around with u!!

Lorraina: I know what u mean. It just makes me so mad that he did this to me. And then after he tells me he just acts like nothing happened it starts flirtin with like Sharelle and e everything. I really don't like Sharelle. I think she is a fuc*** slut!!!

Jasmine: That is cause she is. I mean she has a boyfriend and yet she still throws herself at other guys like it is some god damn sport or something. It makes me so sick I seriously could just scream at her, lol. I hope it is ok but I think I'm gonna have a word with Josh. It makes me hella mad that he did what he did to u. Is that okay??

About a minute after Jasmine passed Lorraina the note the bell rang. She looked at Lorraina with a smile on her face. Lorraina returned the smile and nodded her head in a yes. Jasmine smiled even more, she knew now that it was time for some major payback!!

Authors note: The names were just so that u wouldn't get confused. This is based on a true story that is happening right now so if I am a little slow with updates it just means that not very much has happened. The rest of the chapters are going to be in first person. I know it is kind of confusing but I couldn't write this one in first person so I'm gonna just switch over. I hope that is ok with everyone!!
