The cry of excruciating pain is

Sheltered by a perilous storm.

The agonizing sound tickles my ears,

I stumble down on the frigid floor.

Sheltered by a perilous storm,

The wind softly blows my ebony hair...

I stumble down on the frigid floor whilst

Your eyes pierce me with abhorrence.

The wind softly blows my ebony hair,

I seize it gently, holding tight...

Your eyes pierce me with abhorrence

As I unevenly breathe...

Gently I seize it, holding tight...

Your trembling hands clutched mine

As I unevenly breathe,

I let the tears fall...

Your trembling hands clutched mine and

Together we soared with bruised wings.

I let the tears fall as

I stand naked, cold and shivering.

Together we soared with bruised wings but

You let go and watched me fall.

I stand naked, cold and shivering

While I bleed and feel no longer there...

You let go and watched me fall as the

Agonizing sound tickled my ears.

Bleeding and no longer there was

The cry of excruciating pain.
