Rain drops, warm sweet rain
Mingles with tears on these cheeks
Black roses dripping with crimson
Laid on the silent grave
Of a person I did not know.
I dreamt of a moonlit night…
…You sat beside me,
took my cold, shaking hand in yours.
And you held me as if you were afraid to lose me…
How tempting to live in a fantasy
that will never materialize.
And your sparkling eyes,
Laden with mystery
Bewitch me.
I vowed…never to let this happen again.
But it has, and now I cannot stop my freefall
Towards you,
You, who will not catch me,
You, who is not even aware that I have slipped…
How pathetic I am, to have fallen again.
