Describe a Fact

Deep eyes that strike through my soul
If I had my way, I'd never let go
A hand carefully intertwined with mine
And a soul with an otherworldly shine

A sweet smile that disarms the heart
A bond that holds when we're apart
A trust formed since long before
And who could ever ask for more?

A thousand people giving advice in bits
Saying 'it's about time, damn it'
And we both smile, and know it's true
For what could ever have kept me from you?
