The ICC, or International Christian Concern's site is loaded up today
with a many reports, on international religious persecution.
Last year though they uploaded the lyrics or words to the Chinese
Church song for the persecuted believers over there. It seemed somehow unusual
that a song for the persecuted Christians should be song among other vibrant and uplifting hymns or psalms.
Then again persecution or endurance in it, is what the Psalms are about.
The Chinese “martyr” song may not be on the ICC site anymore.
East Will Carries On below is an ode to that “martyr song.”
EAST WILL CARRIES ON
Did we hear you over the pacific
What you ode thematic?
Bloodstains Asiatic,
Ignored as static?
Your seed breeds in this belief,
That you keep the silent scream
But we dream,
By your stripes we are still
No witness seen nor frills
So raise your voice we will appreciate
Dry from water, we thirst
To wait as battle truth recreate
When the spirit from seven takes away
Settles far, Far East,
Enter The Dragon
It has risen, more drunken
With the blood of the loyal saints
The male race stripped naked
And waves of streaming tears
Drip with every morsel passed
So raise your voice over the oceans
Raise your voice carry on
Carry on till the early sun awaits
The remnants of the Ruling Reds
Finally Dawns!
