Breaking

The fear of losing has crept in,

I don’t know what to do to win.

I feel as if I’m in a race to win you heart,

And inside I’m falling apart.

It shouldn’t feel like a competition,

And I’m tired of all the bitchin.

I love you,

It’s that plain and simple.

No one else is around,

So why do I feel that your making me drown?

There’s no one else to win your crown.

The constant worry of not having you,

Is making me sick,

I’m turning blue.

I love you with all my heart,

I wish you could see,

I would do anything for you,

But I don’t think you believe.

My heart is aching,

My heart is breaking,

Why can’t you see,

What you’re doing to me?

I love you to the sky,

And would fight for you till I die,

I’d do it all just to know you’ll always be by my side.

The fear of losing you,

Scares me so much,

But I don’t know what to do.

My heart has been broken once.

Twice.

And more.

But here I still am,

Surviving all the pain.
