Another poem about cutting. What a surprise. Anyways, it's a different style, or kind of. Tell me what you think

The pain envelops me
My body as cold as ice
Cherished memories fade away
Replaced with self hatred
The power of the blade
As it slices through my skin
All emotion disappears
I return to my "normal" life
Smiling
Laughing
No one can see
That inside I am
Broken
Bleeding
Screaming
Dying
Unable to see the ways
I want their help
So I come home in anguish
As history repeats itself
Just in different places
