Frozen Angel Tears
Do you think the angels cry?
For us on earth up in the sky?
And frozen angel tears glisten gold?
Fall into a world so cold?
Where there is a lot of pain and hurt,
And people treat each other like dirt.
Since there is a lack of love,
Do you think they cry above?
Do you think the angels fear?
For our world through their tears?
Do you think they want to fix,
All broken hearts and loneliness?
When their tears rain down on us,
Do you think we should take notice?
Don't you want to try to mend
All the problems we need to end?
I believe that angels cry
And angel tears fall from the sky
Frozen in our world so cold,
But falling gently, glistening gold.
