Pain,

Like fiberglass scrubbed across a bare eyeball,

Suffering,

Akin to the panicking fish on a sandy shore,

Panic,

Lungs filled with water as sight slowly blackens,

Flooded,

Like a sad mind floating on an ocean of suicide,

Suicide,

Akin to the willing fish that died on the sandy shore,

A green plant springs to life.
