Pointless war
Damnable war
All because of an insufficient leader
Horrid war
Gruesome war
Far worse than the sugared bits we know
Hateful war
Curious war
Why are we even at war?
It has been so long
I can't remember
Why are we at war?
Why a pointless war?
Maybe it's not pointless to those high up
But to me it's ruin
Forcing ourselves upon an unready nation
Making them see our faith
Why though?
For power?
To breathe their fear?
I may never know
But now this war has started
It must end
With the lives of millions on our head
A pointless war we fight
With an unwilling country
A pointless war
