The battle
A battle is coming
It has arrived
A battle of emotions
A battle of fears
A battle against friends
A battle of tears
This battle will bring some closer
And push some away
In the end some will be gone
You ask yourself will it be okay
Some may end up lying
Some will end up crying
In the end you ask yourself
Was it worth it?
Was it worth the tears
To lose a friend
So I ask you now
Was it worth it?
In the end?
