Love…what is love? People try to explain it but they can’t, so they merely say words can’t describe what love is. But I’m going to try and explain what I think it means…in words. By the way, I may only be 13 but I do have my opinions on love too.
My friend Angela who is 14 says she is in love with her current boyfriend. Well she said she loves him, she didn’t really say she was “in love” with him. Anyway, I sit here and think to myself, you’re 14 and you change boyfriends almost every week how can you call it love?
I thought about his, and I thought about it a lot. You can fall in love at any age, adults don’t think so, but I do. Here is what I think love is: Love is something you feel for another person, but here is something I also found out. There are two loves; at least I only see two. One love is a love you feel for a significant other, and the second one is a love you feel for family and friends.
Okay, now about the first love, that’s mainly what this paper is about, loving your significant other. Well actually what it means to love them. If you’re in love, it’s like…that one person is the only person you can ever think of. When you’re in love, let’s see how can I say this.
When you’re in love, you never want to forget that person, you never stay mad, you never feel hurt or betrayed by them, and you never say goodbye. You’re always there for each other…forever.
