Revolution Waiting

Oppressed people crying out for aid,

Against the tyranny of those self-made,

Who gather all wealth under their claws,

Afflicting the public in day or night,

A greedy dictator is clearly the cause.

The path to correct this is plain to see.

Is the nation prepared to stand and fight?

In order to gain the right to be free?

How long until the people rise?

Until the fat ones are cut down to size?

Already the plans are being laid.

Already the wheels are in motion.

Then the remnants of corruption shall fade.

A drop can start a ripple in the ocean.
