Anger fades
Longing remains
Tearing passion
The light in my dark world,
Extinguished.

Away
Take my breath away
Just close my eyes
Softly, move on
Swiftly, turn away
Forget, forgive
Not so easy
Wish it was, but love has a way of complicating things
Worse
Worse than before
Just as I was healing
That wound opens up again,
Twice as big
Ten times as painful
Don’t know why
Doesn’t matter anyway
Need some time to find myself
Don’t we all
Maybe
Confused, lost, torn
Numbed throughout
Heart not beating anymore
If only
