Acting

In your eyes,

I can see the pain,

you’ve battled demons,

you’ve survived cancer,

you’ve lost a daughter,

and then a son,

you fight the evil of the world,

your tears are real,

your emotions, too,

but you are only acting,

and I applaud you.
