I see you smile
And nothing seems so bad
I hear you laugh
And nothing makes me cry
I see your eyes
And nothing brings me down
I think of why you smile
And something's going wrong
I think of why you laugh
And I want to cry
I think of why you look like that
And jealousy brings me down
I want you to smile
And I bite my tongue
I want you to laugh
And I hold back my tears
I want to see that look in your eyes
And I stand tall
