Refrain:
We are the dancers of the flame
It is our song that comes to play
In fields where draught has took its toll
Where fires roar without control
We dance to rhythms naught the same
The cold and shadows flee away
From we who are the dancers of the flame

A home and hearth are cold and bare
Without our joyous shout
And in the night the darkness fears
The songs we sing about

Our dances are enchanting
Our powers cross all expanse
But if you can't resist our spell
You too might join our dance

Refrain

Although our forms are stunning
In arrays of shifting light
Our fury is immeasurable
Death is our favorite smite

To touch our flaming, ghostly shapes
Is to invoke our vicious rage
Our dance is unrelenting
But our songs fade with their age

Refrain

Close on the dark horizon
In the middle of the night
A farmer saw our dancing
And had known that it meant plight

Their village had no water
With which our flames they could then stun
Our blaze was drawing nearer
And their only choice was run

Refrain

The foolish farmer there remained
He'd stayed to guard his stake
Our flames danced high and mighty
It was him we'd overtake

Our firey hands ripped through him
And we purged his human soul
Like the fools who came before him
He will dance without control

We are the dancers of the flame
It is our song that comes to play
In fields where draught has took its toll
Where fires roar without control
We dance to rhythms naught the same
The cold and shadows flee away
From we who are the dancers of the flame
