The ease with which I stumble on
Seems to confound most other folks ;
They require stress & pressure,—ton,
Or cracked eggs with all broken yolks.

I am such a damn simpleton,—
Why can’t I give them all their yokes ?
Or stick to my heart’s danzón ?
& just laugh at life’s senseless jokes.
