Alright..I've been travelling for the past three damn days. Trying to get to the sea. I kind of crash landed on some desert...Remember that cosmetic damage? Not so cosmetic apparently. Well, anyways, now I've got to get over this weird swamp thingy....I think I'll walk over here...and then step riiiight he---POP...SHHHHHHH....OW GODS DAMN THIS PLANET! Some swamp...It's got FIRE in it....Right...stepping here....Okay..no popping...that's a good thing....And here....And here....POP!!!!! I jumped away just in time, otherwise I would have been a barbequed prince. Alright...try that again.

Step step step....

Eventually I made it out of that horrid swamp...Squejix and I got a tad singed. -squuuueeeek- okay, okay, we're burnt to a crisp at the moment, every move is agonizing, and this little wimp of a creature is making me carry it. -sigh- Alright....Accoording to this map I have to go past the Gloom Forest, over the Mountains of Doom, and past the Bay of Hurricaines....Sounds pleasant...Squejix moaned. Oh, come on, I'm sure the Mountains of Doom are delightful this time of year. -groan- Stop being a pessimist. Alright...Oh, hey look! I see the forest right now...Kinda...spooky...I inched away from the forest. I'd better stick to this nice safe pleasant path around the forest....

Three hours later

Pleasant path my ass, right into the forest...God, I'm never going to make it. Squejix:-squeak, moan, chatter- Anerai: -groan-

What was that? Did you just say that we're lost and I'm going to get us all killed? OH thank you OH so much for your vote of confidence. -grumble-

Oooooh shit....oh shit...oh shit....

I'm staring straight into the eyes of a really really giant pink fuzzy mouse...No, I'm not on anything. This thing is huge.

I reach for my sword and inch around the mouse carefully, it hisses at me and I have to bite my tounge to keep from screaming. Squejix and Anerai are hiding in my pack. I don't blame them.

The mouse reaches out and grabs me with a talon

shit...shit...shit....Niiiice mousy...good mousy...please let me go, I promise you a giant wheel of cheese if you do....Please?

I don't think it's working. I scratch the mouse with my sword and pray it'll drop me gently.

So much for gently...I run as fast as I can away from that mouse. It chases for a while, but eventually I loose it in some giant underbrush....

I look around frantically, but try to appear calm...I spot a path...

See? There's the path right there!

So, I've been following this path for a while...I think we're getting closer to the mountains, the ground is going up.

Three days later.

Ohmigodsit'sfreakingcold. Well, I'm in the mountains.....AT THE TOP OF THEM!

I guess I just keep following this path....I think....Uh...Yeah.....-step step step- Lazy Criatus...they're napping in my pack....
