My Angel of Death

My Guardian Angel.
As the wind, as the wind
I cannot see your wings
As the wind, as the wind
I cannot see your face
As the wind, as the wind
But I can feel you there

Where have you gone,
Dear Guardian Angel?
The world is still now
There is no wind blowing
There is none blowing 'neath my wings

Are you true, Guardian Angel?
You are no other Angel but my Guard?
Do not deceive me, Guardian Angel
I believe your every word
Protect me, Guardian Angel
Where have you gone?

What's happening, Dear Angel?
I can see your swirl of wind
Why have you appeared to me?
You are my Faceless Protector
Black mist, Angel?
Is that you there?

Guardian Angel, why do you smile so?
You smile no warmth, no safety
Your eyes are shadowed over

Dear Guardian Angel?
Where are your robes of white?
Why have your wings been tinted black?
For whom are those chains gripped in your hands?

Dear Guardian Angel?
Why have you turned to my Angel of Death?
