Hello everyone! Thanks for taking the time to read my work.

I wrote these for English class. We had an assignment to write a series of autobiographical poetic vignettes that shared a common theme (see if you can guess what it is), copying the style of The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros. This means writing in run-ons and fragments (woo hoo!). It was actually quite fun.

Anyhow, I think mine turned out quite pretty, so I decided to post them. Suggestions and criticism (as long as it’s constructive) are perfectly welcome!
