Author's note: This is a story that came out solely out of an RPG we're making in my forum. We decided to try it out and make it into a story. Although at first I thought it best to put it in one person's point of view, but that would destroy the originality and uniqueness of every member's post, so I'm just going to post POVS in different chapters. (POV Point of View) Those who have read books like Queen of the Damned, know what I mean, where in each chapter was narrated by a different character or the Ever World in which every book was narrated by a different character. In here I'll put more than one POV so it doesn't turn out to be a lot of chapters, because there's a LOT of posts and well... yeah ; I'll start with the brief story explanation, enjoy, reviews are more than welcome. Please remember, this story is told by different characters, different members, so no writing style is ever the same and I think that's what makes it special. Oh and this story is rated R for violence, cursing, minor sexual content (no hardcore describing, just mentioning nakedness and the actually fact of what they did), supernatural acts, ect.

The world of Solitary Roses

Now this story is set in the times of today in big city in the states that was very much compared to New York (I'm making the city up, I think), the city of Florinae. It was known for it's beautiful flowers in springtime, but there was no time for blooming in Mid October, not at all. The plants were on their way to death and there were beings in dark alleys that were already dead. Florinae was a city that was often talked about for it's mysterious inhabitants. From legendary (vampires, demons, werewolves) from federal (FBI were known to roam there once or twice). But other than that it was known to be a very normal city, taxis running around not stopping for anyone, a long line in starbucks for the workers of the city, but of course, it was mainly only normal as long as the sun was in the sky.

Please all characters belong to their rightful members. Every member went through the trouble of making very nice profiles, which are all in the forum and I will not post here because even that would take too long, so I’ll let you find out about our dear characters as the story progresses.
