Colours of the Moon

Oh silver moon come out to play

Your light of greenish brownish grey

Will hide our mischief of the night

And veil us from the suns bright sight.

Oh moon of yellows, pinks and reds

That shine like purple flower beds

Cloak our joy in shadows long

And keep the dark night going strong

Oh moon of colours high and low

Oh disk of silven grey rainbow

Guide our path and lead the way

Until the dawning dusky day
