AGE OF THE DRAGONS

Yes I have decided that the name will be Age of the dragons. It does sound much better.

Ok the Drow’s last name will be something dark, and mysterious. And like all drow he is of course, quite hansom. I have a very good plot for him, but it is not the main plot of the story. Though I am dithering between making him really wicked, or kind but very quiet with the air of death. About as kind as a wicked being could be without being a traitor to his people.

I was thinking of his last name being

-Corrupted Hand
-Shadow
-Kinslayer
Something dark anyways.

I still have made no decision on the female. But that can easily change. It depends on what ideas I get between now and...well I don't know. Either way I might find something better than the names I have come up with so far. I may even look in a D&D book for some examples and modify them.

I still need a plot for the story. I was thinking that maybe the dragons had depleted the world’s supply of gold and gems. We all know how dragons are and there large coffers of ‘shiny stuff’. Ok so its not a great reason for the war, but it can be a part of the main reason for the war. Their always has to be a reason for a war, they can’t just be fighting for the hell of it.

Now the thing with the red and black dragons, cuz u kno they are going to be the main part of this story becuz of the two characters I mentioned, the black want to join forces with the red. But of course the red do not feel the same. So the Dark Prince of the Black dragons are going to force the hand, or rather, claw, of the red dragons to their advantage. I will not reveal how I am going to do that since this spoiler is revealing too much as it is, lol.

Hand of the (red, green, blue, and so one) Dragon- this will be a selected person of whom has the ability to transform half way into a dragon. Their appearance will not turn them looking revolting or any of the sort. Their skin will turn to scales, their eyes red or yellow, depending on the type of dragon clan or cult that they are in. Of course they will have horns, large leathery wings, and claws. The abilities they will have also depend on the type of dragon they are. For example, acid for green, water for blue, sleeping mist for bronze and so on.

Now all those under these dragon cults, I still need to give them a general name. Anyhew, each warrior or knight, or whatever the case may be, will have a dragon of their own. Not saying that they are the master of the dragon. Far from it. NO human can master a dragon. They will have a very close tied in bond with that dragon. They can hear there dragon’s thoughts, while no other human can. However the Hand of theDragon can hear ALL of their color dragon’s thoughts.

If u like that idea, or don’t like that idea, than please let me know. It can be modified, or scratched entirely. In the meantime, I am going to try writing the first chapter, or prologue whatever I intend on doing first.

I also hope none of you mind it being placed in the world of Dungeons and Dragons. That would allow even greater possibilities to occur. Maybe not only a war among the dragons, but against orcs and other vile creatures of the dark.
