"Blurred"
It wasn't suppose to be like this.
You were suppose to be with me.
Not her.
And love me.
Not her.
So know I sit and watch you two.
I feel the venom;
I feel the desire.
And it grows.
Hate is a powerful adversary,
It gives me the strength I need.
So my revenge draws near.
I don't remember where I found it.
It's rusted, but works just as well.
The pieces fall into place,
As I know exactly how I will do it.
It will get done,
No more procrastination,
It will be painful too,
I'll make sure of it.
Now I see you,
Holding hands,
Leaning in for a kiss.
Enjoy it,
For it will be thy last.
I reach into my coat pocket,
And now you see me.
I aim,
I fire,
To kill your heart's desire.
You dive,
And so the bullet misses it's mark.
It enters your flesh.
Not hers.
I sit and watch,
Smoking gun in hand,
As you die in her arms.
And I'll I can think is,
It wasn't suppose to be like this.
But yet, a smile is forming on my face.
Maybe it's better this way,
Because I have one bullet left.
Bang.
