It always ends this way,

No matter who the crush.

Every time it happens,

It always hurts this much

You say she’s got a boyfriend,

Well I say so what.

It’s like trying for a team,

Never making the cut.

She’s got a boyfriend,

That’s all they ever say.

She’s got a boyfriend,

It’s always in my way.

For just once in my life,

I wish I could be.

That boyfriend,

Then I'll be singing about me.

Like nails in my head,

I always see so clear.

Someytimes wishing I were dead,

I wish you could disappear

You say that I should quit,

That I should just give up.

But I'll never stay knocked down ,

So would you just shut up.

She’s got a boyfriend,
