Greetings my reviews! I got very bored during poetry club one day so I wrote this. Short and simple. It wouldn’t hurt to leave a review… (XD)
Rats of the Sky

She ponders over this for a while, then looks up.
“OH!!!” she squeals in delight. “FAIRIES!!! Me sa catch you tonight!”
She jumps onto a random rock, drawing her bow and arrow.
“MWUAHAHAHA!!! Me sa finally triumph over evil sprites!”
They see her and fly away, her arrow barely missing a pink female’s cheek.
“Curse the wings of life! May God give me wings or be my mortal enemy for ever more!!!” she cries, pulling out a chainsaw. “Hehehehe…”
They hear her weapon and flee; she catches up fast, pulling out a bat as she runs.
“EVIL FAIRIES WILL DIE!!!”
The door opens and the bedroom light turns on. The mother sees her teenage daughter smashing the parakeet into the wall. The other birds peek out from under the bed.
“Akiko! How many times have I told you that the birds are not play toys?!?!?! That’s the 7th bird this week!”
The girl sniffs and puts the bird back into its cage. Then she hands over the bow and arrows, chainsaw, and bat; she climbs into bed. The light turns out. An evil grin of white teeth shine through the darkness.
