A/N: A friend of mine was getting rather upset over the matter that concerns guys…and I won’t say anymore for her sake. But, I do dedicate this poem to her, because she gave me the idea. No, this is not talking about her. I merely got my inspiration from her. With that said, please read and review!
Beauty
Look at the girl
Shining so much like a pearl
They all love her, they all adore her
Captured by deep blue eyes, they are lured
But didn’t you know?
Doesn’t it show?
Beauty’s only skin deep
The love she receives, so unfit to keep
Perfect little daddy’s girl, little angel of the light
She keeps that image with all her might
Her soul, blackened by lust
Pretending innocence, she constantly must
Everyone wants to just like her
But she says they’re fools, and there’s no cure
Spoiled little princess in her fancy clothes
She’ll go to dozens of new lows
But didn’t you know?
Why doesn’t it show?
Beauty is only skin deep
And her soul is too dirty to keep
