Nature’s shimmering vibrancy
Convinced of its immortality
Brightly glowing ecstasy
Summer’s burning intensely

Silent twilight, sunsets vanishing,
A myriad of colour, breathtaking
Faint breeze, ephemeral but soothing
Fading Autumn’s slowly graying.

Autumn wind gently dies,
Snowflakes fall from frosty skies
Flawless beauty of chilling ice
Winter land, icy paradise.

Since time’s immemorial passing
Season’s war, eternal strife
Winter, Autumn, Summer, Spring
The renewing cycle of life.
