The masquerade of fools
the dancers in masks
they dance in rings
the mindless conformity
of lesser beings
what was behind the masks
they did not mind
for the masks were many
and their faces kind
then out of the
monotonous crowd
rolled a fool
short but loud
behold you marry fools
to exist is no a life
but rather to behold
times of both food and strife
then the crowd tossed him out
and yet, he still held a grin
so who’s life may be ending,
and who’s has yet to begin
