All souls have a song
No matter how dark or wrong
Some hide more deeply within
chained and tortured by years of sin
It takes a want and an iron strong will
perhaps something stronger still
To find the lyrics you are meant to sing
To rid yourself of reality's sting

Some songs are soft with melody
telling of life's joys and harmony
while others are sorrowful and dark
speaking of the tragic death of the lark

Rainbow bridges to gates of heaven
where deadly sins don't number seven
A place of birds and golden rain
no misery or heartfelt pain
the place so many long to be
away from this harsh reality
The place of my souls yearning
The want inside is hissing and burning
Haven of endless happiness
My mind dreams of endless bliss
