Tragedy transcends the human fears of "nots" and "can't-dos"

I live for their sake, and my own too.

All the words I could never flesh out suddenly revive.

I realize - I can do this.

I can create. I just have to believe

In the might of pen and paper.

No more will the stark spaces of white haunt me

For I will mar its taunting, virgin surface with the bold strokes of the pen.

To create beauty out of the mere strings of letters and sounds

Is an accomplishment even the dear deceased can rejoice about.

I live to create. I create to live.

And all this from the stains of tragedy.
