“A Chapter in My Life”

If my life were a book

I’d have pages and pages of writing

But for every page of writing

I would have two blank

And here ends a chapter in my life

I don’t know where my journey will take me

Or who I’ll meet along the way

But the one thing I do know

Is that the person I am now

Is because the ones I’ve already met

I could go on naming names

But I’d say the same thing

To each and every one

You are all so amazing

You’ve helped me so much

I’m sitting here today because of all of you

You’ve kept me alive

You’ve all kept me sane

And here ends a chapter in my life
