Amour, Stand With Me
Love stood upon my doorstep
With eyes sparkling crystal stars,
Surrounded by enfolding darkness,
Soul shinning with the light.
Warmth reached out to me,
Washing over and seeping beneath my skin
As I stood in love's embrace,
Pain no longer part of me.
Golden thread bound me to Amour,
Rode a rainbow bridge to heaven,
Surrounded by songs of birds
in a sky of deepest blue.
With me now into forever,
Always a part of my heart,
Here with me when no one sees
Love standing here with me.
