Now, as I've said before, I'm no good with poetry, but I wrote this for a little contest a couple of years ago so here goes:

Alone
No mother, No father;
So young,
Such innocence in her eyes;
They didn't care,
Acting with no regard;
Awaking upon that lonesome morn,
She didn't know,
Couldn't understand
How could they abandon her,
To live in despair
All alone

This was inspired by the following picture (as the contest rules said): http:www. stclairweb .com/ images/ (take out the spaces) One last thing, I’m scared when I get reviews of my poetry because I know it’s terrible. Please be gentle. This was like my second poem ever.
