Forced
Alone in the dark
Away from others
In a dark headquarters
Forced to make a mark
Hands trembling
Eyes watering
Heart pounding
Body shivering
I can't continue
Doing something I find untrue
But I cannot defy the column of light
Forcing me to write
Please stop this constraint
Haven't you have enough?
I'm weak, far from tough
Please leave me in my disdain
Author's Note: I need to exercise my Angst Muse or she won't get any better. So I told her to make me a poem. This is not quite what I expected, being a poem actually about my Angst Muse. I suppose I could've (could've, should've, whatever) given her more access to my knowledge and experiences. Or maybe force isn't the best way to get something out of an Angst Muse.
Plug: This poem is written by Ko, my Angst Muse, as described in Muse Central, a fiction I was also working on. Have a read!
