A/N: A little fact for you guys, I wrote some of this chapter drunk and stoned. And I seriously want to know if its any different then my normal writing. So keep on the lookout for spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes. And I am so sorry that it’s been so long and that this chapter is really short. I’ve been working on Cannonball, and of course, I have these tendencies to not finish stories. I want to finish this one, since the summer is upon me. Wish me luck!

I pounded on the door and it rattled from its loose hinges. Bridge screamed and then laughed.

“ I’m waiting!” I yelled at her through the crack in the bathroom door. She giggled some more and I heard the toilet flushing. It was so loud and horrendous that I stepped back from the door into Sean. He caught me and helped me back up.

“ Does she always take this long in the bathroom? I mean come on, we’re at a gas station!” He groaned.

Bridge flung the door open and it whacked me on the head but I didn’t care; all I cared about was my full bladder after that Mountain Dew. I closed the door and did my deed quickly, scurrying around, trying not to really touch anything. I washed my hands and looked at myself in the mirror. I poked my nose and sneered. Giving my hair a quick comb through with my fingers I turned around to see that the door was open. I was staring at a rather large man, with sunglasses, and he was holding a cane. He closed the door and locked it. He felt around with the cane and it clinked on the toilet and he sat down on it. It dawned on me. He was blind and I was stuck in here until he was done. And then I heard the dreadful noises. I covered my nose and tried not to gag and cough, but it was hard. I looked around for a window but it was small and dusty and definitely not able to be opened. I crouched in a corner with my face in my shirt as the man moaned and blasted into the toilet. I began to giggle at my situation and then closed my eyes as he stood up and went to wash his hands. I started to hyperventilate, because he was going really slowly and I thought I would never get out of there. Then he walked to the door and opened it. He felt around with his cane some more and left and I jetted out of there, knocking Bridge over. She was laughing insanely. I swear if she didn’t just use the bathroom there would have been a puddle on the floor. I pulled her off the floor and held her to me laughing as Landon walked out of an aisle of the gas station with an armload of snacks. I grinned at him but he frowned, looking at how I was holding Bridge. I took my hands off her hips and set her on the ground and she was still giggling. Landon turned around and walked away to pay, without saying anything, but I could tell he was disappointed. I didn’t know why he was jealous; Bridge is my best friend, there will never be anything between us, as we are both pretty straight.

“ You should have seen the look of horror on your face when that guy cornered you!” She screamed in my ear, gathering me into her arms and dancing with me through the isles. Then she stopped when she noticed my distracted gaze.

“ What's wrong?” She pulled away.

“ He thinks we have something between us.” I said, still looking at Landon. His perfect back curved at just the right point and I could see his shoulder blades through his white shirt poking out as he collected his snacks. His slightly baggy jeans hung at the right point so that his shirt covered his boxers, but made his legs look perfect. I almost drooled remembering the fact that he held me in those wonderful arms. And he kissed me...

“ Oh dear lord. Sweetie, there’s nothing between us. Go tell him that.” Bridge said, and then shook her head in his direction. I shivered, still lost in the thought of his voluptuous body. Was there such a thing as being addicted to someone? I snapped back to reality in time to see Bridge roll her eyes at me.

“ Hey, what are you rolling your eyes at me for? I was listening.”

“ And staring at his ass.” She said and I blushed and covered my cheeks. Then I punched her.

“ Want some snacks? Coffee? I’m driving next so I’m getting a cup.” I asked her.

Bridge nodded and headed to the coffee machine and took a medium. I followed behind, trying to look out for Landon. I wanted to corner him and tell him there was nothing between Bridge and me. I saw him walking out the door with Sean and I grabbed a cup for my coffee. There was something else I really wanted to talk to him about; I wanted to ask him what was our status currently at this point. I wanted to know how he felt about me. But most of all I wanted to know if he would stay with me, and live in boring Illinois. But the chances of that happening were very slim, seeing as how I never manage to hook a boy long enough for them to make a big decision for me.

“ Lets go.” Bridge said irritably. Her sharp words dissolved my thoughts as I went to the counter to pay for my drink. Once I paid for it, I hurried outside to catch up to Landon, so that I could talk to him. He saw me running to him and smiled his adorable grin. He set his stuff in the car and tilted his head at me. I gave him a quick hug and looked at him. He raised an eyebrow, and looked at me. So we were both gazing at each other, and I opened my mouth to speak, but Bridge cut me off with her loud obnoxious voice.

“ Are we going or not?” She basically screamed in my ear. I rolled my eyes and got into the drivers side, and before Landon could get into the passenger side, Bridge rushed to it. He gave her a frustrated look, but retreated to the back. Sean came running and hopped into the back with Landon, and grabbed him, about to plant a huge kiss. But he realized that Bridge was sitting up front and dropped Landon like a rag doll.

“ Yuck!” He sneered and wiped his mouth and Landon chuckled and shook his head. I put my attention on the map in front of me, and tried to find a route to Florida. No wonder Bridge was anxious to get going; she really wanted to get to Florida. I didn’t blame her, because North Carolina wasn’t exactly the warmest place. Bridge leaned over and glanced at the maps with an eager expression on her face. I gave her head a pat, then deposited the maps in her lap, and started the car. I pulled away from the horrid gas station, with Sean and Landon making kissing noises in the back.
