A/N: Dedicated to Krys, my best friend. I just hope that my writing isn't an insult to your relationship..like I said before, I hate my writing sometimes!
If you don't understand this story, it's because it's a..personal thing. Yeah, that's it. So, keep that in mind and enjoy.
Also, excuse the spelling errors, I don't have a beta.
PS: Krys, I know it says, exboyfriend...but I'm thinking of turning this into a chaptered story that goes into "Genny's" relationship with Krys's brother..? But in this part, she's not with James.
Happy Reading!
Whispers
She gazed at her reflection in the mirror, still unable to believe this was happening. She could remember ten years before, when she had met him. He had been five years older than her. But she hadn't cared, she'd fallen in love with him. It was sudden, unexpected, but she had fallen for him. All throughout her highschool years, she'd hoped and prayed that he would still be willing to wait for her, that he wouldn't desert her like the others had. And now, ten years later, at age twenty-three, she stood wearing her white wedding dress and waiting to step into the married life.
"Krystal?" her mother's voice came from behind the door.
"Come in Mum." Krys replied, tearing her eyes from her image. Her mother opened the door and looked at Krystal with tears in her eyes and a smile on her face. She wrapped her daughter in a bone-crushing hug.
"Mum, I do have to look presentable." Krys laughed a little as her mother let her go with a quiet apology.
"I'm so happy for you Krystal. I just hope your marriage is filled with love and laughter and tears and children as well, I'd like to have some grandbabies!"
"Alright, Mum, alright. Oh, that's the music!" Krystal jumped up and started for the door. She quickly turned and kissed her mum on the cheek and walked out.
"And do you, Krystal take Louis to be your lawful wedded husband?" the priest asked her, looking into her eyes and remembering the little girl she used to be.
"I do." Krystal smiled at her new husband.
"You may kiss the bride." They shared a kiss that could only be explained with the words, filled with pure love. He took her hand and they walked back down the aisle. Everyone stood and clapped for them. Next down the aisle was Genevieve, Krystal's best friend. She slowly followed Krys and Louis, watching as the couple smiled happily. She remembered what she'd told them when she'd first met Louis.
"He seems nice. He better be good enough for my best friend or I'll have to hurt him." Genny smiled at Krys, who laughed in return. They'd been like sisters since they were young. Krys was smiling more often since she'd met Louis. She'd fallen fast for him and Genny was so happy for her friend.
Music played in the background, but all Krys could think about was the fact that she was now a married woman. He pulled her closer and she rested her head on his shoulder. She'd never been so happy and it felt good. She smiled more that day than any other before it.
Krys looked around at the people she'd known for so long. Her parents were watching her, probably remembering their own wedding. Genny, in her lavender dress, danced with one of her ex-boyfriends. Krys laughed as Genny pretended to smack him upside the head and winked. But as Krys's eyes wondered around at the couples around the room, she listened to Louis whisper into her ear.
"Krys, I wish I could explain to you how much you mean to me. I'm so glad we're together again." his voice was soft, melodic. She smiled and snuggled closer.
When the song was done, it was time to throw the bouquet and the garter. Krys smiled mischieviously and turned around, back facing the crowd of young women. She tossed the bouquet into the air behind her and quickly spun around to see who caught it. At first, she couldn't tell who had it because of the pile of lavender dresses. But a minute later, Genny's exboyfriend stood up, bouquet in hand. The crowd laughed wildly and Genny snatched it from him with a wide smile.
When the crowd had settled down a bit, Louis slipped the garter off Krys's long, slender leg and tossed it, spinning, into the crowd. The garter landed, like a horseshoe, around Krys's brother's wine glass. He smiled and took it off the glass, putting it over his head. Krys led Louis away before the crowd had stopped teasing her brother. She pulled him into the shadows.
"What're we doing?" he asked her in a beweildered voice. She smiled and placed a chaste kiss on his lips.
"I thought we needed some privacy." she replied in a whisper. He nodded and pulled her into a sweet embrace. She felt so warm against him, so right. How could anything in the world be wrong when she was with him?
"I love you, Krys. And I always will." he said softly. Tears slipped down her cheeks as she smiled. Crying out of happiness had seemed so..impossible before now.
When the reception was over, as well as the dinner, Genny waved as the new couple sped off, cans clinking after them. She wondered if life for them would be as wonderful as she hoped it would be. Krys dserved a good life after all that had happened. But the past was the past and Krys had a new future to look forward to.
"Are you sure?" he asked, whispering in to her ear.
"You don't even have to ask." she replied, letting him position himself over her entrance. He slid into her, feeling her delicate body under him. He thrust into her and her eyes closed in pleasure. Twin moans hung in the air as he rode her, moving faster and harder as each wave crashed on the shore.
By the time they both climaxed, the sun had fully set and the stars were twinkling in the night sky. He lie with her, arms around her warm body. Her blonde hair was spread out behind her like a fan and her hands rested on his chest. He turned toward her and looked into her green eyes. He could see the love she held for him and he was sure it was reflected back to her from his own eyes. She was a Goddess in his eyes and he couldn't imagine living without her.
"I love you." he whispered, staring into her eyes. She smiled.
"I love you too."
A/N: Like I said, won't make much sense unless you are/were involved. Just review...ok?
