Help me find the way

I feel like a strong wind has come

And blown me suddenly away

And as my wings struggle

I fight back to yesterday.

But was it really yesterday or was it even more long ago?

Am I really living in today?

Doubt has found its way to my side

And fear in me seems to abide.

Peace struggles to renew me

And I try to keep it within my reach.

But never have I felt so torn between emotions and decisions

And at such a loss.

I know it’s directing me.

I’m just scared because it’s the unknown I’m soon to enter

So please hold me close to you

For you’re my world

And you can keep it all together for me.
