Dead and Loving It

Prying eyes

Gone blurry

From the

Never-ending

Sleep

Parched throat

A thirst

Has come

Into mind

One that

No water

Fountain

Could ever

Tame

New sights

New sounds

Never experienced

Are calling

Rising from

The immaculate

Coffin

They are

Like a

Scream

One thought

Crosses the

Mind, as one

Steps out into

The new

Fascinating world

Dead and Loving It

I was watching the movie Dead, and Loving It and this poem just popped into my mind for some strange reason. I love vampires so I was all into it at first but I’m saddened to say that it didn’t come out the way it was envisioned in my mind. But fuck it, I like it.

I think next time I write a vamp poem its going to have more bite, tee hee, I promise.
