x- Prologue –x

She looked at herself in the mirror, thinking, “Who the hell am I?” Her blue eyes no longer had that sparkle in them. Her face no longer had that smile that could brighten up a whole room. In it’s place, was a frown. She was extremely thin from the eating problems she’d be having. She wasn’t the same, happy, fourteen-year-old girl she used to be. Instead she was sad, miserable and depressed. She’d closed herself from the rest of the world, isolated herself, and wouldn’t let anyone in.

‘I’m better off alone.’ She thought to herself.

Slowly walking over to her dresser, and pulled out her most prized possession.

Her blade.

Sitting against her bed, with tears streaming down her cheeks, she let the blade take away her pain.
