Confessions of Life
A person will die in such horrible pain,
Or they will die with great disdain.
Some can die with happiness and joy,
While others know its just a ploy.
Some will know the sorrows of life,
Some won't be society's strife.
Is happiness the cause of all,
Or will sorrow be their fall?
Can a person feel the shifting breeze,
That slowly, so slowly manipulates the trees.
Not the trees from that you know,
But the people around who are your foe.
But I will ask you, what conquers this,
Will it be happiness or fateful bliss?
But what will it conquer, what will it destroy?
This life of ours fit to annoy.
Around, and round the the circle goes,
The whirlpool of pain that seems to flow.
This hurt that I feel,
This matter that's real.
But life will unfold at a terrible rate,
Some would think this was my fate.
But fate and destiny aren't the same,
That's why I was giving such a horrible name.
