Blood and Flesh

Seeing her, her life aglow

Hearing her, her voice like river’s flow

Feeling her, in softness, velvety silk

Needing her flavor, my only butter and milk

I love her and she loves me

The clouds and misty wind, and wispy wings, we are free

No blame, no blemish, no anger, no hate

Just wishes and joy and rigid faith

She is my one in a million beloved

And the one in a billion betrothed

To be, or not to be her lover

I will always be her one and only loving other

The sweetest of the sweetest wines

The longest, of the longest vines

Our passion has blossomed into the flower so fresh

Let it be my sacred blood and flesh

But then…

She left me in the devil’s palm

And I cried and cried, yet she was calm

Like nothing happened, my depression

I stood inside my shadow, looking at my soul’s oppression

I felt hatred, my boiling blood

The quake has started, her voice became flood

And so, I thought she was wicked and cold

My revenge I would have told

But how could I hate a woman whom I love?

To seal my feelings in front of the honest dove

But how could I love a woman whom has left

Whom fooled the man, and did a theft

The autumn leaves has fallen, yet still no answer

I sought a shout, yet even no whisper

I searched and thought

But there was nothing I have caught

All was black, and all was dark

I could not see anything but the raven and the lark

To sieve what is false, and collect what is true

But how could I? I haven’t got a single clue

And all you said was the story of the undying rose

Fact or opinion, it is just a mere prose

And is it true, the all love will rise?

And no secret within us lies

This is it, I have enough

This is so hard, and this is so tough

I am with a mouth, but why can't I speak

And my saliva wouldn't even leak

But still, I knew, there is always you

That you are rare, on a crowd you are few

And thus you said it, the undying rose

No! It is not only a mere prose

And this is it, our love is so fresh

You are my ONLY Blood and Flesh...
