Lost King

Weeping in shadow,
My fate dark and vile,
For I will walk,
Just another pale mile.

Off past the moon,
Through a lavander cloud.
Sparkling tears hidden,
And veiled by a shroud.

Lying in bamboo,
And sprawled on the sand.
Crimson blood flowing,
I fell by your hand.

Off past the stars,
To the darkening sky.
Into the mist,
Where the damned spirits lie.

Singing in silence.
I sit in the dark.
A gaunt vengeful ghost,
Patient and stark.

Off past the hills,
To an undying realm.
Voices are rippling,
Melodic and calm.

Longing in stillness,
I sigh there for them.
And fume for my traitor,
His reign I condemn.

Off past the plains,
Through a deep scarlet storm.
Traversing the roads.
Im lost and forlorn.

But I will return,
To the glistening morn.
Silver crown gleaming,
And scarred soul reborn.
