First off, no the quote is not mine. It belongs to the character Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing (which I don’t own either). He’s my absolute fav character because it’s who I can relate to. Originally, I had no thought of incorporating his saying into the poem, but it ended up in there anyway. R&R, but remember. Constructive criticism ONLY!

This rage, consuming me in a moment,

taking over me, a second or less,

no time to think, no time to act.

What's going to happen this time?

Who will be hurt?

Who is going to break this time?

Who is going to die this time?

What can i do, to stop this rage,

this uncontrollable feeling,

that swarms my every thought in less than a second,

that controls me with a single breath,

that branches out within me and hurts those I care about.

It's those few that understand that are in danger.

Then there are those who are invasive,

just as I, there are those who run and hide,

but then again, there are those that never lie.

But no matter what I wish the truth to be,

our whole existence is a lie.
