“What would you die for?”

A question forever asked, yielding different answers for each person. And now, it stares back at me from the whiteboard.

It's a simple question, really. A simple question, but deciding the answer is exactly the opposite. Death itself is an intricate topic... somewhat difficult, if you ask me. So you have to narrow it down.

Dying for a cause — anything, the most important thing to you. I briefly sift through all my memories, everything and everyone I love. My mind stops in one place.

I copy the question down on a sheet of paper. My answer...

“Who, rather. Sora, my best friend in the world. I love her.”
