I sound melodramatic

Desperate for attention

But I’m not

I sound depressed

Completely alone

But I’m not

I sound hyper

On so many drugs

I sound perfect

Always happy

But I’m not

I sound horrible

Nobody loves me

But I’m not

I sound normal

Average, boring

But I’m not

I sound fake

Always pretending

But I’m not

I sound brilliant

Always right

But I’m not

I sound stupid

Always wrong

But I’m not

Not melodramatic

Not depressed

Not hyper

Not perfect

Not horrible

Not normal

Not fake

Not brilliant

Not stupid

I sound like myself

A little of everything

And I am
