Look around you human drone

And tell me what you see

Of all the dreams you’ve seen and known

Have any come to be?

Doubtful

Unless you dreamed of being unable to dream

Incessant mental opression

Western democracy in all its avaricious self proclaiming glory

The layer of laws

There was a time when you could think for yourself

When every waking thought did not conjur images of an advert

When every second was not spent worrying about the next

A time when they could’nt reach you

A time when you knew you could win

A time when you were happy to wake

The blazing necessity of war

The icy rasp of the pesimists tounge

Our minds penetrated, violated and saturated with fear

Our daily dosage of lies

Remember who it is you are

I implore you to react

Every time you’re afraid

Question the beneficiary of your fear

Every time you’re discouraged

Find out who wants you repressed

The future is ours for the taking

And I will be with you

Perched at the back of your mind

Ever vigilant, growing in power,

Witness me rise
