A/N: I don’t know how many people join me in this thought, but I hate Valentine’s Day! It’s an overrated Hallmark holiday that needs to be shot. Wrote this during school, after walking through the halls and seeing all the happy couples kissing and just….Yeah. I don’t think it’s all that good though.

Happy Valentine’s Day

I feel ready to cry

Happiness all around

But I’m sure as hell not all right

Lovers holding hands, kissing in the halls

So am I the only one whose sick of this all?

Heart-shaped boxes, roses and chocolate kisses

All neatly packaged and tucked away

Kept safe until their lover saw

“Love is in the air…”

So what do I have to say?

“Love is weak, and I don’t need it!”

So take back your chocolate and your gifts
